Ben Maddern is the Founder of Atlas Edge Global and the creator of the Eight Elements of Performance, a high performance framework designed to elevate human potential under real-world pressure and perform consistently at the highest level.
A five-times strongman champion and inventor of the Viking Rack, Ben brings rare credibility at the intersection of elite physical performance, leadership resilience and performance psychology.
Following significant experience in elite sport, executive coaching and performance optimisation, Ben developed the Eight Elements of Performance as a precision-driven system integrating mindset, physiology, recovery and purpose.
This framework underpins Atlas Edge Global’s advisory encompassing leadership consulting, capital deployment and performance products. Atlas Edge Global was founded with the vision to harness health to achieve performance with confidence and intent.
